Fiddes Payne was established in 1993, with a basic range of herbs and spices supplying the health food, independent and delicatessen trade. In 1999 we entered the home baking market with the launch of cake decorations. Since then, the company's growth continues to be rapid with the introduction of our own new and licensed products. We now supply all supermarket chains in the UK, and an increasing number in export markets.
